We have a team working diligently (and creatively) to revitalize our Sunday School program!  In fact, it is going to look less like Sunday School than ever before and engage our children in a whole new way.  Max Lampert told his grandmother (who is on the team) that he sits in church and then sits in Sunday School and he wants to do something.  The team is preparing to keep our kids moving, get them involved in missions, and develop faith within them!

A parent and teacher night is planned for August 29 (6:30pm) so that families can learn more about what is planned and help shape the direction of the program!

We will begin faith formation activities on September 11 at 10:20am.  One new aspect of the program is a mission component.  Children are encouraged to bring weekly offerings to ‘buy an animal’ for Heifer Internation.  They will also collect clothing and toys to help others in the fall!

Come out for the orientation meeting (August 29) and be a part of the Sunday morning program (September 11)!  Also, don’t forget about our All-Church Back-to-School kick-off for all ages on September 10!!!
